Cancelation Policy

Cancelling a Booking:

FOR BOOKINGS CANCELLED:

OPTION:
within 24 hours of placing a booking online Full Refund
14+ days before the Pickup or Delivery date Refund (less $25 cancellation fee) or Full Credit Note*
0-13 days before the Pickup or Delivery date Full Credit Note* (no refunds available)

 

Postponing Your Booking:
If your event is postponed, you may reschedule (at no extra charge) or a credit note will be issued to the full value of the booking (valid for 24 months).

If the Equipment You've Booked is Not Available:
In the event that the equipment you have booked is not available and we are unable to recommend a suitable substitute we will of course 
cancel your booking for a full refund.

If You Don't Pick-up Your Booking:

Refunds are not issued in cases where a customer fails to pick-up or receive delivery of their booking.

 
*Credit notes are not exchangeable for refunds or cash.
